Litigation Experience

We are trial lawyers with substantial jury trial experience including medical malpractice, felony criminal, complex business litigation, wrongful death and catastrophic personal injury. We have obtained some of the highest verdicts and settlements in our area, including the first million dollar verdict in Butler County.

We choose to represent both plaintiffs and defendants in all types of cases. Our clients benefit from the unique insights we have developed over years of handling cases from both sides of the courtroom. We are trained to utilize alternative dispute resolution methods in those cases where we see a discernible advantage for our client.

Most of our clients are located in the Southern Missouri counties of Butler, Ripley, Wayne, Dunklin, Carter, Cape Girardeau, Stoddard, Scott and Reynolds. However, we often represent clients statewide at the trial and appellate level of the Missouri state and Federal court system.
